Made to Order- Each table is custom-designed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work:

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

For custom orders we confirm product designs with you to ensure you're happy before final production process.

Shipping

Production Time: 4-14 days, depending on design complexity and order volume

Shipping Time: 3-7 business days once completed

Shipping Areas: We offer shipping within the United States and internationally. Should you experience any difficulties during checkout, please contact us directly via email.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships

Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Just make sure it's in its original condition and you have proof of purchase. Contact us before sending it back so we can help you with the process.

If a product is damaged during shipping we'll work with you to resolve it.
